The New York Times has published a college admissions question and answer session featuring deans of admissions from several different colleges. The admissions deans from Yale, Pomona, Lawrence and the University of Texas at Austin answer questions posed by editors of the New York Times. These questions involve such issues as common misperceptions, standardized tests, financial aid, essay writing and fairness.
In addition to answering the questions of the Times editors, you may also submit your college admissions question and the Times will submit the question to the deans to answer the following day.
Take a look at this article if you want some insight into the thoughts of these leading admissions deans.
