		<description>In a way, I suppose this is good news for those who are disillusioned by the belief that athletes receive preferential treatment over academically minded students.  But still, limitations on any sort of scholarship program represents a fundamental shortcoming in the educational system: there just isn't enough money there to sustain the needs of the students.  When will colleges start dipping into their massive endowments to help offset the cost?</description>
