BS/MD programs are designed for students who have just completed high school and do not have any higher education. Since you already have some higher education training you would not be eligible for admission to most BS/MD programs.

Also, the Brooklyn College program you refer to is only open for students who are residents of the states of New York, New Jersey or Connecticut, with preference to residents of New York State.

Your best option if you want to attend medical school in the US is to apply to medical schools through the traditional route. You should be aware, however, that many medical schools in the US are only open to US residents so there will be limits on where you can apply.
