		<description>It's strange that College Board hasn't confirmed this yet.  And I can't imagine the LA Times having such an inside line that they would be breaking this news without something from College Board within the next couple of days...

All that aside, I agree that this is an ACT competition ploy.  Most schools take the highest score and the schools that don't probably will be aware that the students may only be sending their best score.</description>
